Change policy &Product Change . You can change a product within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
Your exchange is completed within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the time you notify us of your wish to change.
To be able to exchange a product, you must ensure that the product is in its original condition and has not been tampered with.
Telephone contact (+ 30 6983489615) is necessary for us to start the process, provided that the above conditions are met.
The cost of each change is 5€. The changes are made through delivery and receipt with the distributor of General Post. ATTENTION !!! THE PRODUCTS IN THE SPECIAL OFFERS CATEGORY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE!
Refund
In case you do not wish to replace the product of your order, please contact us to request a refund of the purchase amount.
As long as the product is in its original condition, we will approve your refund request and deposit the value of the product to the bank account you indicate within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel.
The sender will take care of the shipping costs for the return of the parcel with a courier company of their choice (sender’s charge).
NO shipments by ordinary mail are accepted.
For your convenience and if you do not have a courier that you work with, you can return the product at our expense only with acs courier ( we will not accept return with any other courier with recipient’s charge) and then the amount of 5€ will be deducted from the value of the product to be returned.
If the product is not in its original condition, your request will not be accepted.
The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and is under no obligation to replace them.
Otherwise, if the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you of the impossibility of a refund and the return of this package.
The refund corresponds to the value of the products
Any extra charges from courier services are not refundable! Inside the parcel that you send us you must enclose a piece of paper with your name, telephone number, bank, name of the beneficiary and the IBAN of your bank account. Please be informed that our refunds are made through the bank “NATIONAL BANK”.
In case you have another bank the transaction costs are shared by both parties. ATTENTION: TO THE PRODUCTS IN THE CATEGORIES “SPECIAL OFFERS” and “JEWELLERY” ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ATTENTION: In periods of sales and promotions NO refunds are made, but only CHANGES!
* In case of a return without notification or with our charge, the refund will not be accepted.
How the 2+1 Gift offer works: By adding 3 Products to your cart you get 1 of the 3 as a Gift.
The Gift you get is the product with the lowest price.
The offer is valid for all products listed in the respective offer.
In the case of a 2+1 gift offer, the refund is accepted ONLY if all 3 products of the offer are returned.
Refund – Credit Voucher
If you wish to return the product and receive a refund or a credit voucher, the procedure is as follows:
- You prepare the parcel by putting the receipt inside.
- If you wish to receive a refund, please put a note with Iban, Bank & full name of the beneficiary.
- If you wish to receive a credit voucher (valid for 6 months from the date of return) for future purchases, simply let us know, return the product & we will send you the voucher.
The receipt still needs to be inside the parcel.
The return of the product is done exclusively by acs courier and recipient charge (free return).
If you change your mind within the 6 month timeframe for using the credit balance and you wish to eventually get a refund, the terms and charges of the refund apply (see next paragraph) - Finally you can send your return with OUR charge & only with ACS courier if you agree to deduct the cost of 6€ from the refund amount. IF YOU WANT to use your own courier company so that the refund is solid, it is of course your right. Ideally you also inform us with the shipping number you will receive from the courier company.
- Upon receipt of the parcel, the product is checked and if it is in its original condition, your money is returned within 14 WORKING days .
The voucher is sent directly via email. - After a change there is no refund.
ATTENTION: During periods of sales and promotions NO refunds are possible, but only CHANGES!
