Cash on delivery is not available!

The prices of the products listed on the Company’s website include the Value Added Tax (VAT), as defined for each product. In addition, the final Order Form includes any shipping costs and other charges. The Merchant reserves the right to modify the prices of the products without prior notice. In any case, however, the consumer will pay the price in force at the time of submission of the order and any subsequent modification of the prices will not affect the already submitted order. Furthermore, the Merchant shall not be liable and shall not cover any differences in the prices of products purchased from the physical store and the consumer subsequently found out that there was a lower price in the online store or vice versa, due to a special offer related to the physical or online store respectively.

The Business does not provide any kind of guarantee for the sold products of third parties, i.e. products that are not manufactured or created by or on behalf of the Business, which the Business merely resells. For these products the consumer will receive a guarantee directly from the manufacturer. It is expressly agreed that the Business does not guarantee or warrant protection for the suitability of the products sold for any particular purpose.

The Business, recognizing the importance of the issue of security of electronic transactions, as well as the protection of Personal Data- GDPR, has taken all necessary measures to safeguard all electronic transactions of the user/consumer on its website. All users’ personal information is safeguarded as confidential and highly confidential. Personal information is encrypted, according to the SSL Protocol, with 128/256-bit encryption, in an effort to prevent access to it by unauthorized persons. The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Protocol is used on the Internet to authenticate websites to online users and to encrypt data between online users and web servers. An encrypted SSL communication requires all information sent between client and server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thereby protecting personal information in transit. The Business does not have access to the consumer’s banking data and does not store information about the credit or debit card used for the transaction. The Business does not guarantee the security of the personal information entered for the execution of the electronic transaction and is not responsible for any losses (direct or indirect) suffered by a user/consumer whose card is used illegally or in an unauthorized manner.
